Ground Station Labs
With a clear goal to design, build and secure resilient space data systems, SAC has built an innovations lab which has systems such as ground control systems and satellite platforms as a test bed.
This test bed is used for simulating cyber threat attacks and the possible preventative actions.
The test bed at SAC's innovations lab is a state-of-the-art facility designed to emulate real-world conditions and challenges faced by space data systems. It includes a range of components such as satellite communication links, mission control centers, and data processing units. The primary objective is to create a controlled environment where engineers and researchers can assess the vulnerability of these systems to cyber threats.
